All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. Most of our properties are NOT in areas that are experiencing construction. If you’re concerned, please inquire before you book. Please keep in mind that a departure after 4:00 PM excludes us from being able to rent that unit again for that evening, so it will incur a full additinal nights charge. Late checkouts, when available, can only be offered 1 day prior to departure at the earliest. Checkouts after 4:00pm, when available, will be billed for a full night’s rate.
Checkouts between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, when available, are billed at a half nights rate. Late checkouts can be tough to accommodate during peak season, and cannot be offered on days where there is a new arrival. If our schedule can accommodate it, we can occasionally offer late checkouts up to 1:00pm. Early check ins are very tough to accommodate and can only be granted on a limited basis on on the day of arrival.Ĭheck out time is 11am. We have an after-hours number, 80, that you can call for any emergency needs after our office has closed. You can always give our office a call if you have any issues getting into your unit. You can head directly to your vacation rental, there is no need to come to our office, unless you need to fill out the rental agreement.
